Jeff Dawkins (Chief Financial Officer)
Mr Dawkins is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Securities Institute of Australia with 14 years experience, initially with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Hall Chadwick followed by experience in the mining and oil and gas industry. Jeff was with Lynas Corporation when it financed, constructed and commissioned the Paraburdoo gold project in W.A.

Dave Morrison (Chief Operating Officer - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Morrison gradated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has sixteen years of broad-based experience principally in the South East Asian gold mining industry. Mr Morrison was previously the Process Manager at the Chatree Gold Mine, Thailand, Operations Manager and Director of Aurora Mt Muro Gold Mine in Indonesia and Chief Metallurgist at the Porgera Gold Mine in PNG. In addition to operations, Mr Morrison's experience also includes numerous construction and plant commissioning activities on both new projects and expansions.

Dean Pontin (Operations Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Pontin has been involved in the mining industry for nearly 20 years and has a proven track record in open pit mining operations.  Direct responsibilities have included all aspects of mining management, short and long term mine planning and engineering, mine operations supervision, environmental engineering, budgeting and project work as well as contractor negotiation and supervision.  In recent years Dean has experienced several open pit operations in Southeast Asia and was previously located at the Sepon Project, Laos for Lane Xang Minerals Limited (Oxiana).

Chris Stephenson (Commercial Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Stephenson has been involved in the mining industry for over 13 years.  Previously employed by Lane Xang Minerals (Oxiana) in Laos PDR where he was responsible for the operations financially from construction to operations, expansion and finally construction of the copper project.

Terkelin Purba (Director and External Relations Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Purba has over 14 years experience within the mining industry and 5 years at Toka Tindung where his present role covers all Government, community and public relations services.  He previously worked for Newmont, Avocet and IMK in Indonesia.  Mr Purba is a Director of CoW companies PT Meares Soputan Mining and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya.

Peter Johnson (Security Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Mr Johnson was previously employed by OAM Group, Indonesia where he was responsible for the in-country management and leadership of Company employees, budgeting and services to clients.  He also negotiated a new commodity contract for a major client within the industry.  Prior to this he was employed by International Nickel Indonesia where he was responsible for security services and the implementation of an intelligence gathering system.

Debra Watson (Environmental and Health & Safety Manager - Toka Tindung Gold Project)
Ms Watson has over 10 years experience within the mining industry in operational roles and 6 of those years within the environmental management role.  She was previously employed by Oberon Timber and Newcrest Cadia Mines, NSW where she developed and implemented an environmental monitoring and reporting program.
